Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking. If you don't see your question here, just reach out.
What's included in a cleanup visit?
Every visit, we walk your entire yard and remove pet waste from the grass, along fence lines, and other spots dogs tend to use. We close gates behind us the way we found them and let you know when we arrive and when we're done.
How does billing and scheduling work?
Recurring plans are billed on a simple, predictable schedule. No surprises. We don't publish pricing online since every yard and plan is a little different, but you'll always know your rate before your first visit. Request a free quote and we'll walk you through it.
Will you need access to a gate or locked area?
Often, yes. Most yards have a gate we'll need to get through. We're careful to close and secure gates the same way we found them every visit, and we're mindful of pets that may be in the yard. If you have specific access instructions, just let us know when you sign up.
What happens if a visit is missed or needs to be rescheduled?
If weather, holidays, or anything else affects your scheduled day, we'll let you know and get you rescheduled as soon as possible. If you need to move a visit yourself (travel, a gate that's temporarily inaccessible, anything), just reach out and we'll work it out.
How do I know if you serve my neighborhood?
We currently serve Palm Coast, Florida, with a focus on a set of neighborhoods so we can keep service fast and reliable. Check our Service Area page for the full list, or request a free quote and we'll confirm availability at your address.
Are you insured? What if something goes wrong?
Yes, we're fully insured for your peace of mind. We also stand behind our work with a satisfaction commitment: if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
What's the difference between Weekly, Twice-Weekly, One-Time, and Initial Cleanup?
Weekly and Twice-Weekly are recurring plans that keep your yard consistently clean on a set schedule. Twice-Weekly is built for busier yards or multiple dogs. One-Time Cleanup is a single visit for a specific occasion, no commitment required. Initial Cleanup is a deeper first visit to reset a yard that has built-up waste, typically before starting a recurring plan.
Do you offer service for HOAs, apartments, or other properties?
Yes, we work with HOAs, apartment and multifamily communities, property managers, and dog parks. Visit our Commercial page to learn more or request a free quote for your property.
Can I get involved as a franchise owner someday?
