While we stand behind our work with a satisfaction commitment, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond that commitment, and service may occasionally be affected by weather, property access, or other circumstances outside our control.
Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property (including gates or locked areas, as applicable) for scheduled visits. We take care to secure gates and property as we find them on each visit.
Payments & Billing
Service rates are provided at the time of your free quote and are not published publicly, as pricing depends on property size, service frequency, and other factors. Billing terms will be confirmed before your first scheduled visit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poo Daddy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, beyond the value of the service provided.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
